The technology on which we base our vaccine projects uses bespoke platform technologies and cutting edge scientific principles to produce tuneable recombinant vaccines that are targeted to specific elements of the immune system that we believe are critical to protection against a range of different infectious diseases. As a recent spin out company formed from a UK university department we are at an exciting stage in our development as a young and vibrant company that is on its way to becoming a significant contributor in the global vaccine development arena.

Living and working in Plymouth: Britain's ocean city

Plymouth is Britain’s ocean city, located at the bottom of the South West peninsula where the English Channel eases into the open Atlantic.   The city is proud of its maritime heritage and is where, in 1620, the famous pilgrim community sailed to the New World aboard the Mayflower.

Plymouth is surrounded by exhilarating natural beauty, at the heart of which is 638 square miles of Dartmoor National Park. The city is within easy access to the much sought after and very dramatic Cornish and Devonshire coastlines and the surrounding idyllic villages.

Plymouth city is a relaxed city with delightful and eclectic bars and restaurants from fine dining in Sutton Harbour, to street food in Pannier market or fish & chips around the cobbled streets of the historic Barbican.

In recent years Plymouth has undergone some exciting developments with new architecture bracing the skyline.  £93 million was spent on “The Box” an ambitious museum and arts centre and entertainment centre fondly known as  “The Barcode”.

“ I have never before, in my long and eclectic career, been gifted with such an abundance of natural beauty as I experienced filming War Horse on Dartmoor.” Steven Spielberg.
